I have a Huawei E3372 and an Asus RT-AC58U. I would like to disable firewall or something for the Huawei so I can control everything from the Asus only (Port forward etc). Right now every connection is being shot down by the Huawei.

Solution
First I will assume you can use this to access the internet with it plugged into the asus router. Asus does not support all modems but does support a lot.

I suspect your problem is many mobile broadband connection do what is called carrier nat. The nat is done in a ISP router not the modem. You can not change the ISP router and they do not support UPnP so almost anything that need port forwarding does not work correctly.

There is no simple way to fix this. There are VPN providers that give you a fixed IP address but I am not 100% sure you can run the VPN on the Asus. They are kinda expensive so I have never tried it.
