Choosing a soundbar

Hello everyone.
I would like to get some better audio and was thinking a soundbar is the way to go for me. Problem is that I have no idea as to what I should look for in a soundbar.
Would like to be able to wirelessly play music from my phone, and was considering Samsung Hw-Ms650, but don't know if it is worth the money. Any of you have some advice or recommendations?

If you are not going to use the soundbar with your TV too then getting a pair of stereo bluetooth speakers will sound better than a soundbar.
You should also consider Heos speakers. Those will stream for you with your phone as a remote. You can add a sub too. You can add additional speakers for other rooms.
Another option would be to get a stereo receiver and passive speakers and stream to the receiver.

I would mostly be using it for my TV and PS4, it would just be nice also be able to stream music directly to it from the phone.
