A Question: Will The GTX 1070Ti Graphics Card Work For My PC

I want to buy a GTX 1070 Ti but I'm not sure if my PC will handle it. My specs are:
PSU: Corsair VS 550W
Intel Core I7 6700
MSI B150 Gaming m3 main board
16 GB DDR4 HyperX Savage RAM

You are right at the margin with the 550W Corsair PSU. But with its 504W +12V rail, you should be OK. If you plan on OC'ing anything, I'd recommend buying a better PSU, tho.
