Having problem with ram memory

I took out the ram memory and i think i touched it everywhere, i put it back and my laptop it won't turn on. Did i damaged the ram memory?

Maybe, or it may not be seated properly. Usually with bad RAM a computer will still turn on, just not boot all the way or beep. Test laptop with another RAM stick, test yours in another system.
