This is my first time building a pc and pcpartpicker says that there are issues with compatibility concerning my motherboard and storage. My build is as follows:

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor ($193.88 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock - AB350M Pro4 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard ($74.33 @ OutletPC)
Memory: G.Skill - Trident Z RGB 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($195.43 @ OutletPC)
Storage: Samsung - 960 EVO 250GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive ($117.49 @ OutletPC)
Storage: Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($45.69 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: EVGA - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB SC GAMING Video Card ($264.98 @ Newegg)
Case: Fractal Design - Define Mini C TG MicroATX Mid Tower Case ($79.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: EVGA - SuperNOVA G2 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($63.98 @ Newegg)
Total: $1035.77

The compatibility note states, "The motherboard M.2 slot #2 shares bandwidth with a SATA 6.0 Gb/s port. When the M.2 slot is populated, one SATA 6.0 Gb/s port is disabled." What does this mean?!?

Solution
Using the 960 EVO you've chosen will disable ONE SATA port (the SATA 3_3 port) on the motherboard IF you use the M2_2 slot on the motherboard.

You can mitigate this by using the Ultra M.2 (M2_1) socket.
