Bought mobo/ram/ryzen and pc wont boot

Hi so I just bought a ryzen 1600, a gigabyte ab350 gaming 3, and corsair vengeance lpx ddr4 1x8gb 2666mhz ram. Now when I put everything together and go to boot up, all my fans power up for like less than a second then turn off again. also on my motherboard I see one flash of red light. Do you think it could be that my ram isnt compatible with motherboard or something? I am so stumped. Here is a link to my ram http://

Also I should mention the rest of my specs, EVGA Bronze 500w PSU and gtx 1050TI,

I will check right now. Should I do this while my mobo is outside case or inside with everything assembled
