Hello. I recently changed out my RAM, but I couldn’t get it to work so I took out my motherboard battery and put it back in after 10 minutes and the RAM works now. Now my mouse and keyboard only work in BIOS and not Windows 10. The computer is posting and receiving internet access but the USB ports will not work.

if your mb has the last bios from another pc make a windows 10 installer usb stick. see if on a clean windows boot disk usb ports work. if they do use the boot stick to run windows 10 recovery/restore tools.
if your bios is older then last one posted download it to a usb stick. unzip it and plug the usb stick into the mb and boot into the bios. under advance tools there a menu to flash the bios from inside of the bios.

I don't know what you mean by look in the bios and make sure the USB ports are set right. How can I update the bios from the bios? I turned USB hand off and it didn't work.
