The issue was I was trying to encrypt the External Hard Drive using bitlocker. But the encryption was not success and now its under locked status and recovery key is not working.
Once I saved the recovery key after 30 seconds i removed the drive.

1.Can remove the case of Transcend HD and extract the data? is this possible...?
2. I am using win 7 E , if I upgrade it to win 10 , any luck for unlocking it. Is it dangerous to upgrade it.?
3. TPM was not enable in the machine when I encript
4. When I use another OS , (Probably another PC ) like ubuntu what will happen?

The data is very important ,,,, most of them are photos... my children
.....
Hope your time for unswerving is appreciated .....

After I actually plowed through those Google links, well, some but not all -- I discovered they will copy found files AS-IS from Source to Target, however, and I did not read this until way down in the articles, the AS-IS is exactly that AS-IS, still encrypted. Without a true-blue working BitLocker recovery key -- end-user has hit the final brick wall.

I was obviously incorrectly comparing password-unlocking technology, ways and means, which does exist for password-unlocking,
with
BitLocker-unlocking technology, ways and means, which does not exist.
I will not confuse those two anymore!

1. BitLocker does not care if it is inside the case or out.
2. Don't change any software until you (maybe) retrieve your data
3. ...
4. Linux knows nothing about BitLocker

5. "The data is very important" - This is specifically what backups are for

If the recovery key you have is not working, you are almost certainly out of luck. There is no magic workaround.

From the OP: "now its under locked status and recovery key is not working."
I doubt EaseUS or anything else can get around a recovery key not working. That is the whole point of BitLocker.
