A couple days ago after playing a game of league, my computer crashed and when it turned on there were pink and green patches every where. After a second reboot the pink and green patches spreaded to the windows splash screen. In safe mode, the pixels aren't there and when I uninstall the drivers everything is fine. As soon as I install the drivers the pixels come up again.

Solution
You can try installing some older GPU drivers version.
It's possible latest drivers have broken compatibility with your GPU. Install version, that was bundled with your graphics card.

But it's a slim chance at best. Most likely your GPU is broken.

I also noticed that the video card isn't running in device manager. It says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" if that helps at all. ;/
