Which is better for playing Playerunknown's Battlegrounds. R9 380 or GTX 1050ti?

Solution
I'd rather have the 1050 Ti. For one thing, PUBG runs better on Nvidia cards. For another, the 1050 Ti is about the same as a GTX 960, which is more or less the same performance category as the 380. So, seeing as the cards are close in performance, go with the one that runs the game best. Lastly, the 1050 Ti can be had in a version that does not require a 6 pin connector. So it uses far less power and generates less heat and noise.

R9 380 > GTX 1050TI on the tier list, so it should provide more FPS.

However, other factors will affect the FPS you get:
-- CPU (too weak of a CPU means it'll limit your performance)
-- RAM (not enough RAM can prevent the game from running; only having the minimum RAM will see your performance lag)
-- Resolution/graphics settings (setting them too high means you'll see little to no difference between either GPU; setting them too low means you'll have screen tearing & other glitches if the monitor can't keep up)
