im living in indonesia, i have around 400 USD, how much watt needed for all component?

As already said the xfx ts followed by the antec.

Your listed system is below 200w max total system draw so either are more than enough.

I would however veer away from a RX 550 if at all possible , a 2gb 460 or a gtx 1050 are roughly twice as powerful.

If you are that budget limited then don't pay extra for a 4gb 550 over a 2gb model , the 4gb model is completely pointless because that gpu is nowhere near powerful enough to make use of all that vram

Edit :- when vapour stated '550 is not enough' Im fairly certain he meant the GPU not the PSU.

Any 300+ good PSU will do fine. My recommendation:

what a 2gb 460? does a memory size of video card doesn't matter?

Not when the gpu is weak. Adding extra vram to slow gpus is more of a marketing stunt than a performance feature.

A 550 has half the compute units & 2/3 of the texture & stream processing units of a 460.

Ignore the vram , a 2gb 460 isn't far off twice as powerful as a 4gb 550.

The 550 is IMO one of the worst GPU choices you could make even on a tight budget (& generally its only $10-20 less than a 2GB 460)
