Tough one to answer, and the 6GB 1060 is the stronger GPU, but the 6700K is the stronger "gaming" CPU.

Personally, I'd opt for the 1500X or 1600 as they're usually pretty close in price and OC them.

Looking at that used system, I'd avoid that completely. While there's value in the CPU+Mobo+RAM+GPU, the rest (HDD, Case, Cooler, PSU especially) are all very budget options and, if that system to buy exhausts your budget - then there's nothing left to upgrade those components.

I'd build new - they'd perform very similarly and you'd have warranty on the component.s

^^ Absolutely..... although your exact location will play a big factor OP.

For example, that 744EUR build vapour mentioned works for Germany, it's >800EUR in Italy and >850EUR in France.

Looks like you're in Romania - and I've no idea what the market is like there. Do you have any specific websites you could link to get an idea of your local pricing?

I'd assume you'd be looking at a decent shipping cost on top of component prices to have things shipped from Germany..... Which is what, 1000km/650miles give or take?

I know prices in nearby countries (Ukraine, Serbia, Bulgaria) are quite high too, so would expect you're probably seeing higher prices too..... perhaps buying from Greece would be a little cheaper (even after shipping costs).
