Yes it plugs into a 9 pin USB 2.0 header on the motherboard that board has 2 of them.

Yes - no problem
That card reader uses USB 2.0 onboard header. That motherboard 2x of USB 2.0 onboard headers.

Keep in mind that data transfers to memory cards on such device will be limited to ~17-20MB/s.
If you have high speed capable memory cards, then better get USB 3.0 memory card reader.
