I'm experiencing random BSODs. My computer will freeze for about 30s to 1min and then show BSOD with DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION as the error.

Here are the dump details from Who Crashed:

On Tue 31 Oct 2017 18:58:58 your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\103117-7734-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x163960)
Bugcheck code: 0x133 (0x1, 0x1E00, 0xFFFFF80389611370, 0x0)
Error: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION
file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: The DPC watchdog detected a prolonged run time at an IRQL of DISPATCH_LEVEL or above.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. This problem might also be caused because of overheating (thermal issue).
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

Bug check description: The DPC watchdog detected a prolonged run time at an IRQL of DISPATCH_LEVEL or above.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. This problem might also be caused because of overheating (thermal issue).
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system that cannot be identified at this time.

My specs are:
CPU: Intel 2500k Overclocked to 4.5GHz
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB
GPU: Nvidia GTX1060 6GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda ST100dM003 1TB
MOTHERBOARD: Asus P8P67-M Pro
BIOS: P8P67-M PRO BIOS 3701
PSU: Corsair 650W
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Version 10.0.16299 Build 16299

I installed a fresh copy of windows last week as I thought it might be a driver problem. Now it is still happening. Might still be a driver issue of some sort or a failing hardware component. I've tried what was suggested in other similar threads, but with no success.

Would really appreciate any feedback.

What is the most efficient way to check every driver?

So far when I have gotten DCP_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION Blue Screens it always turned out to be the hard drive failing... ALL three computers were fixed with a new hard drive!
