Hello,

The MSI Z370 SLI Plus motherboard shows compatibility here:
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/Z370-SLI-PLUS.html#support-vga

It does not show the 1070 TI, likely because it is not out yet.
I just pre-ordered the 1070 TI for November 2nd.

1. Can anyone confirm that it will work with this mobo?
Will the mobo need a BIOS update or anything for compatibility?

2. I'm having a huge problem finding compatible RAM for under $200 Canadian.
Anyone have any suggestions? I'm looking to DDR4 2800 16GB minimum.
I am partial to GSkill, Corsair and Adata, but open to recommendations.

Thanks a lot,
J

Solution
1. Yes it will work fine.

2. It's an Intel board, any DDR4 RAM will work. Intel boards are not RAM picky like Ryzen boards.

3. Don't get 2800MHz. Go for 3000 or 3200MHz and as a RAM kit.

Okay I will look for a cheap DDR4 RAM.

What are you saying about a "RAM kit" ?
