Please help me with fans problem

Hello people. Few days ago I bought 5 new Be Quiet Pure Wings 2 case fans. My motherboard (Z87-G43) supports 3 fans and other 2 are connected to case's fan controller. After I installed them I noticed that one of them is spinning faster than others. Sys fan 1 and 2 are spinning at around 850-900 rpm and sys fan 3 is around 1500 rpm. Thank you for any information.

You should not set the voltage, but how they are controlled if your motherboard can do that. Try look it up in the mobo manual.

I tried it, I can only change 2 fans, 3rd fan does not react.

Are your fans 3 or 4 pin types? Are your motherboard set to the correctly voltage control for 3 pin fans or PWM control for 4 pin fans?

All of them are 3 pin. I'm not sure where should I set voltage for that
