A dedicated *gaming* GPU. A GT 710 is so that you can physically see the desktop on a CPU that doesn't have an integrated GPU. It may physically run, but I can't imagine it being a pleasant experience, maybe 20-25 FPS at the lowest setting with the game occasionally just choking in busy scenes.
