Greetings. Recently my old surge protector started acting up - no small part due to my dad constantly plugging in other power strips - and my pc doesn't get through the bios if plugged into it. So, I'm going through some surge protectors to exclusively plug anything pc related. Budget is about 30EUR. From some reviews from a site in my country I'm leaning towards this one.
I know next to nothing when it comes to surge protector specs. Is the above any good? Do you have any suggestions at that price range?
Thank you for your time!

I can't download and see the specifications you gave here. But I think a power strip that has enough charging outlets, high quality material, full protections against overcurrent, overheating, etc. and surge protection that can protect devices from surges, is a good power strip and you can use it for PC. You can connect another power strip with it if it is good enough, but better not if the charging outlets are enough for all your family needs.
The surge protector looks OK but I doubt it will help you with the problem of your dad plugging in other power strips. If the circuit is so heavily loaded that plugging in other power strips affects the voltage it's probably causing power sags as opposed to power surges. What you need is an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) that will buffer those power sags. It will also handle surges.

I'm not gonna have other power strips plugged into it, ofc. As I said, it's gonna be used exclusively for anything pc related.
