Thank you so much for your help, but can you explain why you changed the processor to i5? Is this will do the job done or better to have i7 7700K (as I can afford this)

It's a newer generation CPU and has 6 cores as opposed to the 7700K's 4 cores.

Okey so relevantly it should be better than i7 7700k

Here in India it cost me 18000/- (i5 8gen)
And i7 7700K cost me 27000/- (in Rupees)

So what should I do? Should I go for i5 8th OR i7 7700k or should I go for i7 8500! I'm confuse with all this CPU, I really don't know much about this, does this PC is good for my workload OR it could be better by improved some area...

I would say it depends on what your biggest priorities are with this system. I personally would always go with the latest generation you can because you'll get better upgrade opportunities. Which you will by going with an 8600K or 8700K vs the current generation 7700K.

Look bro, I just want the perfect balance, no future! Just want to stay at present. I mean to say that I don't want spend any penny with just a thought of future or future proof, whatever you guys say it. And why should I care about future when I know exactly what I need right now and even in future, I just want edit my video and play Lot's of game in 1080p or 4K if I ever buy 4K monitor and do some live streaming gameplay that's all what I need and maybe I have add capture card like elgato or something for better live stream....just heard about this friend don't mind if I'm act like expert, when I'm not. I JUST DON'T WANT TO SPEND MORE MONEY, IF THAT IS NOT NEEDED RIGHT NOW(hope you understand my language)

It's not about how much money you spend. It's what I call "smart spending". Doesn't matter if you're spending $500 (₹32000), $1,000 (₹64500), $2000 (₹129065) or more. It's about spending it wisely. You want to get the most bang for your money possible. When you plan for a build, you don't have to plan for a build several years out. But longevity is always key when you select your parts. The 7700K is still relevant, but by buying the 8000 series, with the 2 extra cores you're guaranteed extra life out of your system vs if you compromise by going with the previous generation.
