MEMORY_MANAGEMENT BSOD with Ryzen 5 1600

I have been plagued with this BSOD for weeks now. First I ran a memtest with no problems. Then I did a clean install of windows. This didn't fix the issue either. The system ran fine for several weeks before this issue came to light.

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600

MOBO: ASRock X370 GamingX

RAM: G.Skill RGB Trident Z 2x8 3000

GPU: XFX R9 390X

OS: Windows 10 Pro

Update: All driver software is up to date with the recommended versions. The BIOS is up to date as well. I have tried running the RAM with XMP profiles both enabled and disabled.
