Server computer build, cant figure out where i would put a graphics card

So the other day me and some friends were talking I often make game servers on my gaming PC but it tends to be a little harsh on considering I run like 5 different servers so I ordered a mobo and a pair of xeon with the hopes of setting up a server PC I now only need a power supply and a gpu but this is where I am confused the mobo I ordered(https://m.ebay.com/itm/Genuine-Dell-Precision-Workstation-R5500-Server-Motherboard-FCLGA1366-HXJ1D-/202052845066?txnId=1587733155010) only has io risers which I am not familiar with how would I connect a gpu to this mobo and also what's a good psu for cheap to power two xeon e5606's

That motherboard is for a rack mounted server -- the "R" at the beginning of the model number. Did you google what an R5500 looks like? If you had, you would see that you need riser cards to plug any normal cards into. You probably also need a bunch of other stuff, like the control panel board, to get this motherboard to work. It is a $40 motherboard because nobody wants them.

Did you google building a DIY with an R5500 board? There are threads on here that recommend against it -- http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-3096906/thinking-build-workstation-precision-r5500-requirements.html
