I build new PC i have Corsair 450D case. First time i started PC it was loud, case fans were spinning at full speed. In bios i put if temps are getting hotter then case fans will spin faster.
Every thing is fine if i start pc as normal. if i restart pc then case fans spinn full speed, and if i wake up pc from sleep the fans are full speed aswell.
If i want silent pc then my only option right now is just shut down pc and put it on again.
case fans are 3 pin connections so i cant controll them through software.
