i3 3220 cpu cooling fan replacement

My problem is the when trying to replace the heat sink cooling fan, the fastens (white platic with black pin) won't fit in the hole where the old fan was attached. It was attached with the spring screw type fastners. I can find a cpu fan with the screw type fasteners but not for an intel core i3 3220. Does it matter as long as the screws line up and there is room for the fan.

Does the fan/heat sink with the screw fasteners come with the back plate? If so, you can use that on your current board.
Otherwise, any other push pin heatsink/fan combo will do so long as it is for socket 115x (the older socket 775 ones do not fit)
