When I play a game there's a small chance that I get a strange graphical glitch. It appears in the form of a group of pixels (not on my display since doesn't happen when I play my consoles), of which that group of pixels emits what looks to me like a lens flare effect. This can happen in any game I play though some games have a high chance of it happening such as PUBG. It also moves so it's not always in the same place. Any thoughts on what's wrong?
