Build:
Pentium G4400
MSI H110M Pro VH Plus
16 GB (2X8Gb)Team Elite DDR4 2133
Zotac GTX1050ti 2gb DDR5

Is it ok for virtual dj and low-mid settings on most older and moder games?

Performance wise, is it ok so as not to lag on low settings?

Is this build a good upgrade from my old build which is:
Pentium E2160
Asus P5S MX SE
1 Gb Kingston DDR2
MSI GT730 2Gb DDR3

Thanks.

I'd also recommend checking out the G4560, which is the updated version of that chip. It lists for the same price, but it has hyperthreading and a modest 200 MHz speed bump. HT would make a big difference. The only compatibility issue is making sure the H110 board has a current BIOS to work with Kaby Lake chips. Otherwise you'd need to pick a different board.

Having a dual core cpu without multi threading will straight up make some games not start.
I'd recommend this:

Yes, yes, YES!
Do not buy anything but 8th gen intel or ryzen at this point! Please, don’t get a g4400, within a year games prolly won’t run|start. Buy an i3 8100 with a B360 mobo in early 2018.

No Matter how much you might want to, don’t buy a dual core....

Noooooo! Dead platform! You will seriously regret it in a year when you have to get a new cpu and mono. Seriously, for your own good, get ryzen or 8th gen!
