hello im new to pc building i just wanted to ask are both MSI A320M Pro-VD Plus AM4, DDR4, M.2, Micro ATX and ASRock A320M-DGS bot reliable otherboards that i can buy?

I would not recommend 320 based boards, as overclocking is impossible. Spend a bit more, and get a B350 board. The ASRock AB350M, for instance, is only like $10 more.
