Avira's AntiVira shadow copy service 92% CPU usage on i5 6600k

I don't know why, but suddenly Avira's shadow copy services starts draining cpu and whole PC is lagging. It's second time this happened to me.
Can you give me some advice please.

i never use any antivirus programs. Windows have powerful antivirus build in,make sure Windows update always on recommended setting and up to date and always make backups of your data always!face it if you get virus you end up doing fresh Windows install anyway.good luck!
