PCI-E X16 3.0 running only at x4 B85M

Hello. I've read hundreds of posts on this forum, but I can not find a solution to your problem. My graphic card are running in load only x4. My motherboard (GIGABYTE B85M-D3H) have slot PCIE 3.0 x16 (PCIEX16). My graphic card is at 100 percent in this slot (this is optimal slot).I have only one card, secons slot (PCIEX4) is free.

I updated bios (UEFI),and i reseted all settings to factory and nothing has changed. In uefi i dont see PCIE option.

In GPU-Z there's that question mark next to the Bus Interface box.

Click that and start render test and see it it...

In GPU-Z there's that question mark next to the Bus Interface box.

Click that and start render test and see it it changes.That feature is to actually put load on the card to change it's power state because the cards go into saving mode and reduce link speed and width to use less power.

Also get the portable version of HWiNFO and see what that shows when you run it in summary and also in the left pane under Video Adapter.
