So just today I ran into a problem were whenever I am trying to extract a file it can't seem to extract anything more than 1MB/s, but everything else downloads just fine with no problem, it just seems to be compressed zip files and trying to extract them, does anyone know what the problem is and if there is a fix?

EDIT: Checked for malware, doesn't seem to be the problem
