Got new built PC configuration and problem started with no signal on monitor, I tried with Dual DVI-D cable and directly from motherboard I got no signal, tried with HDMI cable on GPU ( GPU dont have power supply cable ) and again nothing. After all I started with checking of components then I found that beep speaker plugged to wrong pins. After speaker fix II got sound 3 short beeps, I started checking with RAM still same 3 short beep sounds, soon after RAM slots changesand check started 5 short beeps and what is wierd after all its when I plugged back GPU I got no any beep sound, all components getting power same and cpu fan work but again cant fix no signal problem to display no any sign that video signal going out... any Idea for splution? Thanks....

CPU: AM4 AMD Ryzen 3 1200, 3.1GHz BOX
Mobo: ASRock A320M-DGS ( Only DVI-D video output )
RAM: 2x DIMM DDR4 4GB 2133MHz Kingston, KVR21N15S8/4
GPU: XFX AMD Radeon™ RX 460 2GB Heatsink

First off, since you admit you installed something wrong, I'd advise you to review EVERY step you made since the beginning. Next, the 1200 has no onboard graphics. So you will get NOTHING from the motherboard video outputs.

I don't understand why you'mention using HDMI on the GPU when your specs say it's DVI-D output only. Can you clarify?

Ah big sorry it was my mistake I thought to say that motherboard have only DVI video output.
When I said I tried with HDMI It was from GPU to the monitor to check if gpu react, and this PC configuration made man from PC shop.
During my check I see that AMD cooler logo bulge part its placed right next to the RAM memory looks very wierd..space between this logo and ram slot looks very tight also.
