My budget is only 200$ and I've came across a SFF Desktop here https://www.ebay.com/itm/Fast-HP-Compaq-Pro-6200-Quad-Core-i5-2400-3-1GHz-4GB-DVDRW-250GB-HD-NO-OS-/162615274217 I thought was pretty good at the time. I wasn't able to purchase it though and the listing ended but I've contacted seller to see If there is still any in stock for sale. I know my budget is really really small so I don't mind buying used. I'm open to suggestions as well maybe to build my own budget sff. I'd love for things to start working outside the box right away that's why I was looking for something like the Compaq Pro 6200 as I believe that all I'd need is a good gpu something with low power consumption and it would be a pretty overall decent performance with the i5. I would appreciate it a lot if someone could suggest or find me something better for the money but I'd prefer something small form factor and ready to go with good specs something similar to the link I've posted. Thank-You for reading and your time, I hope to find the best deal on this budget.

Have fun with your new PC!
I would get the GT 1030 right away and find a small $25 thrift store monitor.
An SSD and more memory later would be good. The CPU may be difficult to upgrade.
Motherboards like that have VERY specific BIOS compatibility charts.

A friend of mine has a similar system. You probably won't be able to play many games without a video card.

GT 1030 - $75
GTX 1050 - $120
GTX 1050Ti - $165

She has a barely adequate GT 720 now and I plan to get her a low-profile MSI GT 1030. In order to fit a 1050 into her case I would have to mod the card and the case and that PC ain't worth it.

Do you think this is a good deal? https://www.ebay.com/itm/Nice-HP-Compaq-Pro-6200-SFF-De... Or maybe even https://www.ebay.com/itm/HP-Compaq-6200-Pro-SFF-Desktop... Does every Compaq Pro 6200 have a pciex16 slot? Thank-you, I appreciate the response and I'd be fine with a 1030.

Wow, I think I'm done looking. That's a great buy on Newegg! You're right about the warranty as well I'll definitely keep that in mind, I wouldn't want something to happen after the warranty has ended. However, I was wondering if this https://www.ebay.com/itm/HP-Compaq-6200-Pro-SFF-Desktop-Computer-Core-i5-3-1GHz-Quad-Core-PC-Win-7-10/292298382030?epid=1935546855&hash=item440e575ace:m:masGiLd3BQxmQHHhiCVJ0Rg would be sufficient enough for the price of only 120$ comes with power cable, keyboard, and mouse.. I believe the other 100$ could go to a monitor. It's not that I'm not confident about it but I would love someone else opinion and reassurance as I'd also be able to upgrade ram, storage and cpu later down the road. As far as the powersupply I'm pretty sure that's not upgradable but I'm more than happy with a lower power consumption card like the 1030. Thank-You so much everyone for the suggestions, your responses have made me really think me decisions through.
