My power went off for 1 second and then it came back

I was just playing games at home then in the middle of the game, My room suddenly lost power and it instantly came back on. It only happened to my room though, so I am not too sure what happened. I just want to make sure my computer is actually ok. Is there anything I can do? I have a surge protector and a decent power supply that my friend picked for me a few years ago. This does not happen often and might have been the first time that happen since I lived here.

Is the system working the same? If so, its probably fine.
As to what happened in your room, well thats not exactly something we can tell you.

That's my problem I have no idea why I lost power. My parents and my brother's room still have power. Only mine went off .

That sounds like a question for an electrician.
If you overloaded a breaker, it would have stayed off.

I would file it under a weird occurrence, if it happens again look into it.

If something was damaged it would be pretty obvious, everything is probably okay.
