No cons. For current titles, a i5 7500 will pair just fine even with a GTX1080 (for 60hz gaming).
Unless the 7500+1060 is going to be a completely new purchase, then no the current price of a i5 7500+MB, you can probably get a i3 8100+Z370 for the same or less.
