So my problem started when my monitor just black when starting my cpu the keyboard and mouse that time have still power.. i followed a instruvtion to remove cmos to fix the monitor but it didnt work... so i remove the cord like from my psu that is connected to motherboard and also the ram and place it back again.. after this the keyboard and mouse is not starting just like the monitor.. the keyboard only gets light for a few seconds.. i tried booting with only one ram but nothing works.. my fans spins i hear beeps and normal sound but still nothing.. i have no technical background so i hope you can help me.

For starters the CMOS has to do with BIOS configuration so that should have nothing to do with whether or not your computer POSTs, which is when you see the logo appear on the screen and it then boots into your operating system. When you don't have POST you could be experiencing a number of problems, so we'll need to go through some steps.

First off please post the specifications of your computer (Processor, RAM amount, PSU, GPU (If you have one) and motherboard)
Make sure that if there is a small red switch on your power supply that it is flipped to the proper voltage level for where you live
Make sure that the fan for the CPU is in fact spinning when you turn on the PC

If all of these are good to go disconnect all non necessary...

If all of these are good to go disconnect all non necessary components until you have only the power supply plugged into the motherboard, CPU, and GPU (If you have one) and have a single RAM stick in the far left slot. See if you have output to the screen.
