I replaced my old cooler with a Hyper 212 and once I tried to boot my computer, my computer couldn't recognize my hard drive anymore in the bios. I unplugged it while I was changing the cooler because where it is, it would probably slide out as I was flipping my tower around trying to change the cooler. I tried to see if maybe I could find it using windows 10 stick and tried to see if I could install it or repair from it, but it couldn't find the hard drive when I tried to do so. I also reset my bios back to factory setting and it also did not work.

Since you're able to access the BIOS, (hopefully!) it isn't the CPU that's the problem. Assuming the problem still exists after ensuring that the HDD is properly connected in the system as darkbreeze suggests...

You obviously are working with a bootable PC. Is that the same problem PC but with a different boot drive? Or is it a different PC?

In any event, if it's a different PC, any chance of connecting the boot drive from the "problem" PC either internally as a secondary drive in a working PC or as a USB external drive and then (assuming the drive is detected in that system) attempting to test the drive with a HDD diagnostic program just to determine if you have a defective drive on your hands?
