Which cooling type is better for the H440 case?
Right now i'm looking for an upgrade to my cooler, i'm considering noctua NH-D15 for air cooling and Cooler Master 280 liquid pro for AIO. I'm trying to get hopefully 4.4-4.5Ghz. My experience Overclocking with CM 212Evo right now only at 3.8Ghz 1.18V and the temps already at 80C on prime95 v26.6. I know H440 is not exactly known for it's airflow, and so i'm wondering if this will affect the efficiency air or water cooling? and what is best for my system?

For reference, my system right now:
CPU: i5 4670k, 3.8GHz at 1.180V (@80C on prime 26.6)
Cooler: CM 212Evo
GPU: GTX 1070 gigabyte g1 gaming
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-z97-Gaming3
PSU: Corsair CX650M
Storage: 1TB WD black, 128+256GB Samsung 850evo
RAM: 4x4Gb kingston hyperx fury
Ambient Temperature: 29-32C
Case: NZXT H440 with stock fans

Thank you in advance for the help guys!

Go for liquid cooling if you have the budget for it, you have the same heat transfer, but it has more surface area and it isn't sitting on your CPU the whole time.
