I have quite a unique problem...I have a 3 Mbps internet connection but my browsing / downloading is very slow..Websites will take forever to load, downloads start a good speed gradually decreasing to 0 kbps..However, this is not true for Youtube..Youtube runs at 1080p without buffering...
tried connecting at my friends place, problem still persists..One this im sure is there is something wrong in my laptop which prevents websites to make full use of the internet. because if the internet connection was slow, youtube would be slow too.
Please help, I literally cannot do anything on internet other than watch youtube.
