Hello,

Yesterday, I got a new motherboard, cpu and 2 sticks of ram for my PC (specs listed at the bottom). I swiftly breadboarded the system and got into bios, no problems there. However, after about an minute the system suddenly lost the signal to the monitor. I didn't realize to check if the debugger led was on that time, since I restarted the system before it crossed my mind.

Here is where it gets weird. I wasn't able to get to bios anymore: the DRAM led stayed on. I tried booting with only 1 stick on the DIMMa slot. I tried resetting the cmos multiple times by removing the battery, leaving it out for an hour and shorting the cmos pins, but nothing worked. After waking up today I got it to boot into bios one time, having had the battery out of the board for the whole night, but lost the signal again after 30 secs or so. I've gone through the tomshardware "no post, no display" - thread, but after struggling the whole of yesterday and most of today so far, I decided I really need help to figure this out.

I know my GPU, PSU and HDD are working, because I can test them with my old setup. The new DDR4 RAM isn't compatible with my old MoBo, so I can't test that.

I tried to remember to include everything, but please let me know if you need more info. Specs below:

CPU: Ryzen 5 1500x
GPU: MSI GeForce 1060 6gb
MoBo: MSI b350m Gaming Pro
RAM: Kingston Hyperx 8db memory kit (4x2) 2666mhz - Serial code: HX426C15FBK2/8
PSU: Antec BP500U (I've got a new Corsair CX650M coming soon)
HDD: Western Digital 1tb

Thank you very much for your time, I really do appreciate it.
