Hey Guys,

I just got a new setup and was wondering what i would be able to get as far as OC'ing goes?
cpu, gcard, ram etc?

My mobo is the MSI B350M Mortar Arctic
Cpu AMD Ryzen 5 1600 3400 AM4 with Wraith 80w cooler
Ram DDR 4 8GB 2666 CL16 Vengeance lpx
Gpu GTX 1050 DDR5 2GB version
256 SSD
3 HDD of Terra each.

So i'm guessing i should be able to get to 3.8 on my ryzen? it says on the box "with turbo 3.7" but squeeze out more? Also What can i get out of my gpu and ram as for oc'ing?
gtx 1050 https://www.alternate.be/GIGABYTE/GeForce-GTX-1050-D5-2G-Grafische-kaart/html/product/1306853?event=search

Ram https://www.alternate.be/Corsair/8-GB-DDR4-2666-Werkgeheugen/html/product/1216662

Sry the links are in dutch but info shouldn't be hard to read :)

I was wondering to if that 1050 would be able to run VR but guess that's stretching it?

Thanks for any suggestions regarding oc!

For CPU, no chips are the same and no one can tell what your chip can do in overclocking.
For RAM, you should expect 2666MHz. Buy faster rated RAM instead, specially as Ryzen boards are very RAM picky.
For GPU, don't bother to oc it.

And no, the GTX 1050 cannot do VR. You would need at least GTX 1070 for that, and even the GTX 1070 is not really up for decent VR.
