I wish to construct my own HDMI wireless transmitter and receiver taking input from a portable/moving video source, And receive it on near the display. Is it feasible with any existing chips in the market. I am ready to do coding or to use modules supporting the requirement.

Solution
You are asking, "Can I construct a space rocket with off-the-shelf parts".
- HDMI is digital, high-speed protocol, way above gigabits pervsecond
- on top of this protocol are additional safety features like HDCP. No offtheshelf part supports this.
- then theres the wireless part, for gigabit traffic.
- and more and more

As @USAFret suggested - there are readymade products
