Cpu fan going max and then stops after turning on (repeatedly)

Hi,

2 years earlier i built my new PC, after that it happened quite a few times, now it happens all the time this week. After turning my computer on cpu fan starts going max, then goes to stop, then starts max rpg again and ir repeats random times, usually about 5-10 times after turning on. There were months or weeks this hasn't happened at all, but sometimes just few days in the row it goes everyday. After that craziness of few times, it just works perfectly, there are no problems after that, works just fine.

no, i havent tried anything, sometimes it looks like cleaning my case helped, and it just stops for a some time, (probably not related), so i just use it normally and forget about it for some time.

Hmm well my rear fan runs at the same setting as my CPU fans speed. So when i go into the Bios fan settings i set mine to DC as my rear fan isnt pmw only my CPU is so if i use PWM my rear fan goes full tily unless i select DC power for the fan settings.

My Fans run kinda fast when i turn my pc on but when the bios kicks in and puts the fans settings in place they go down to the settings i told it to.
