Something is wrong with my pc internet settings

Hi.I have a problem with my pc i think, i've contacted my provider and they said the speed should be fine but i pay for 500mbps download 250mbps upload and i only get between 20-80 mbps download and 1.7 upload on ookla and between 400-500 ping .In games my ping is normal.What can i do?

Windows 10? Wired or wireless connection?

If Windows 10 start by running the built-in network troubleshooter.

Download the driver applicable to your network card/adapter via the manufacturer's website and reinstall. Verify that only the desired network adapter is enabled.

Reconfigure the network adapter to rejoin your network.

If a wired connection, try another known working Ethernet cable.
