the build is pretty solid, improvement that can be made though:

get a RAM kit instead of separate one, assuring compability that both RAM would work together

i'm leaning toward the RX 470 / even RX 570 if u could fine one at a good price just because of their bigger VRAM [1060 3G have VRAM issue in some VRAM demanding games]

with HDD everything feels slower and certainly I would not recommend if not absolute minimum.
I would go for nvidia IF MONITOR is not free sync.
