I decided to buy a GTX 1060 3 GB for my PC. But I asked someone and they told me that there would be about 30% fps drop if I used it with Samsung BX1931N (VGA ) with the card. Is is true ? Please help me. I am a beginner in all these things. I need to build a decent PC.
