Display driver keeps crashing!

Hi, i got a lot of issues with my pc at the moment. The biggest and most annoying is that my display driver keeps crashing on almost every game! I have tried everything from updating drivers to downclocking my GPU. Nothing is working, Im starting to think Im having a bottleneck. But if i look at the stats of the GPU/CPU nothing is overheating. Anyone got a solution?

My system specs:

I5 2500K
Powercolor RX 470
Asrock Z68 extreme gen 3
2 times 4GB geil DDR 3

My PSU: 600w from powercooler. And No i bought this setup second hand like a month ago. After i downclocked it a little bit and used a older driver it worker perfectly. Now i wanted to try The New Wolfenstein. But i needed to update the drivers. After i did that it keeps crashing.

I think its not the driver, Because When looking through forums it seems Im the only One with the problem. And would the PSU bring so much problems? When i monitor my GPU its not overheating
