How many years will this build last till it is outdated for gaming? Will it last minimum 5 years?
Suggest me some better components in the same price range if you have in mind because I am low on budget.

I think it will last long. If you apply the right maintenance a system will last more than a decade. I have a 17 year and a 13 year systems that are still working, the second was built on year 2004 and still can run games like Aliens Colonial Marines at a decent framerate (20-30 fps).

My upgrades were adding more RAM (from 1 to 3 Gb for less than ten dollars) and a "new" GPU ( GeForce GT 220 for 20 dollars ).
Lastly I added a new PSU (11 dollars for a Coolbox 500w), and a new CPU heatsink (Zalman cnps for 10 dollars).

I am sure it will last another ten years. The first system is an Athlon 1ghz with 640 MB of DIMM RAM and a Voodoo 3 2000, I use it for old games, but works like the first day, boots in less than 20 seconds!. :)

It depends on game, playing League of legends your build will last 10+ years.
1080p AAA titles probably 3-5 years - Normal/High settings, after you gonna need a new GPU
+ Include a cheap ssd 500m/b read/write speed in you rig

Is this a new build? Not recommended because: CPU/ MB is 1 gen older and limited upgrades, 8gb may not last 2 - 3 years, PSU definitely not 5 years and you need SSD. Only thing will last for 5+ years is 1070, maybe case as well. What is the total cost/budget? Living in US? Can put a build that last longer than this.

I live in India. But message me a build anyway without the SSD. I will buy it when I have money.
