If the center channel is powered it will also have a power cord.
If it does have a power cord you can't use that cable (it would damage the speaker).
You will need a speaker to line level converter. That will only require a single RCA to RCA cable.
If it doesn't have a power cord it isn't self powered but has a RCA connection for speaker wire. In that case you can use the cable you link to.

+1 above. If its a powered speaker, LINE OUT should work. Is your line out RCA or 3mm mini jack ? You would not connect a powered speaker to the amplified connectors you normally use to drive unpowered speaker (and it sound like you plan to cut off the banana plugs to do that). You would use an "RCA to RCA" or "RCA to 3mm jack" cable, not the cable you linked.
