Need a cheap CPU cooler for my PC

Hiya, my CPU's temperatures have really risen since a few months ago, all of my other temps are fine so I'm assuming my CPU is what's not getting enough air.

My specs are;
AMD FX-8320 3.5ghz
8GB RAM
ASRock 990FX Extreme3
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 (2GB)
500GB HDD
Seasonic S12 Bronze 620W Power Supply
Windows 10 64-bit Pro
Rosewill Galaxy 02 Mid-Tower Case

I'm on a real tight budget so I can't afford anything top notch, but I'm looking at this;

Nah. 120mm Liquid coolers are usually not as good as low budget air coolers.

Get something like a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO or Cryorig H7. I can't find what the max CPU cooler height is for your case, I know the H7 will work but the Hyper 212 is taller.
