The graphics card needs only a single 6 pin pcie connector.
A psu in the 450w range will be sufficient.

Of course, you may want to upgrade the psu in the future(not much with a FX-8350)
I think 750w is a bit of overkill, but
I have no problem overprovisioning a PSU a bit. Say 20%.
It will run cooler, quieter, and more efficiently in the middle third of it's range.
A PSU will only use the wattage demanded of it, regardless of it's max capability.

I would buy a Seasonic focus 650w psu. rated 9.8 out of 10 by jonnyguru for $60 after rebate:

Save your money for a future cpu upgrade.
