i just installed a 600w evga bq into my computer and am about to purchase a evga 1060 6g that im pretty sure is a blower style and i was wondering if i should install a case fan to suck air into the system to off set the psu and gpu. Also its a acer aspire tc-780 it originally had a 300w psu and no gpu and no case fan, it has a i5-7400 and 12gb ddr3l ram at 1600hz.

Looking at images of your case. I see only one possible fan position, namely a single exhaust fan of possibly 92-120mm.

A fan there is all you can do.
I think it is best as an exhaust. Fresh air will come in from other vents.

The blower style graphics card is actually a good thing in a case like yours where there is minimal ventilation.
Heat generated goes directly out the back of the card.

If you find that your cpu or gpu gets too not, you can run with the case covers off.

The psu fan is there to take care of the psu. It will neither add nor detract in any meaningful way to your cooling.
